Assistance Fund
The full name of the aid fund is Zhang Zhiru Legal Services (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. The aid fund is an internal enterprise fund founded by Zhang Zhiru Legal Services (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. According to the articles of association and shareholder meeting regulations of Zhang Zhiru Legal Company, 10% of annual income will be designated as discretionary provident fund, and an internal assistance fund will be established to carry out social welfare undertakings and fulfill corporate social responsibility.
The assistance fund currently mainly provides legal and economic assistance to the service recipients (mainly laborers) of Zhang Zhiru Law Company. If conditions permit, it will also carry out other social welfare services facing vulnerable groups within its capabilities.
Considering the limited capacity of Zhang Zhiru Law Company, the aid fund will accept small donations from the service recipients of Zhang Zhiru Law Company, as permitted by law, in order to enhance the economic strength of the aid fund and provide more public welfare services to society.
